How the province is spread
How the rooms spread across Alberta

The Calgary area holds 9 of the 30 venues on this site, and the Edmonton area holds 8. Grey Eagle Resort & Casino, owned by the Tsuut'ina Nation, sits on Tsuut'ina Nation land at Calgary's southwest edge. West of Edmonton, River Cree Resort & Casino stands on Enoch Cree Nation land, south of Whitemud Drive. Century Mile, at Edmonton International Airport in Leduc County, runs horses on a full one-mile track.
Between the two cities, Central Alberta has 5 venues. Bear Hills Casino & Travel Resort is one of them, off Highway 2 between Ponoka and Wetaskiwin, near Maskwacis. It gives a highway location rather than a street address.
Further out, the North has 5 venues and the South has 3. Rivers Casino & Entertainment Centre is at 9825 Hardin Street in Fort McMurray. Lethbridge has two: PURE Casino Lethbridge and Bullys Casino, a racetrack casino at the Rocky Mountain Turf Club.
One more detail sets Alberta apart. It is the only province in Canada where charitable organizations are licensed to conduct and manage casino events.
